(Received Feb. 22, at 8 p.m.) The Farcham by-election resulted as follows; — it Sir Thomas Inkskip (Con.) 18,749. A. J. Pearson (Lab.) 6312. C. P. Cross (Lib.) 3517. At the general election the voting was as follows: —Sir ,T. H. Davidson (Con.) 19,756, C. P. Cross (Lib.) 8630, A. J. Pearson (Lab.) 8034.
