A delegation of Canadian business and professional men, representatives of the provincial and dominion Governments, and numerous ladies left Montreal to-day for Halifax, on the first stage of their la,ooo-mile journey to the British Empire Trade Fair at Buenos Aires. Sir George Perley will represent the dominion Government.
