JUDGE IN A QUANDARY
A NOVEL APPLICATION. CONFUSION OVER A BABY. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, February 19. “It will require a Solomon to decide this,” said the judge in the court at Gladbaeh when adjourning a father’s novel application for decision whether his wife brought home the right baby boy from the nursing home, the mother alleging that the nurses mixed up the babies after bathing. Blood tests made by the famous Professor Berg tended to show that the mother got her own boy, but the celebrated orthopaedist Kader took a contrary view, holding that the boy did not possess teeth and jaw similarities of either parent, as he should.
