The Prime Minister announced to-day that the Government had made arrangements for the commissioners of Crown lands in the various districts throughout the Dominion to act as advisory commissioners in connection with negotiations between mortgagees and mortgagors in cases of hardship arising out of mortgagors’ indebtedness.
