QUEENSLAND SCANDAL
MUNGANA MINING LEASES. CROWN’S CLAIM IN CASE. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BRISBANE, February 10. The statement of claim by the Crown in the Mungana case has been delivered to the solicitors for Messrs Theodore, M'Cormack, Goddard, and Reid. A file has also been lodged at the Supreme Court,, Queensland, by the Attorneygeneral. It is understood that the main claim is for £30,000 damages against all defendants.
