A MOUNTAIN TRAGEDY.
DROWNED IN SWOLLEN STREAM. FATE OF MELBOURNE VISITOR. (Per: United Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, January 26. During heavy rain on Friday night Mr Harridge, a tourist from Melbourne, was drowned in a mountain stream pn the Mackinnon Pass bn the Milford Track. The body was recovered yesterday and subsequently conveyed to Glade House. Further details are lacking at present. ■ -
