FORCED LABOUR
' THE LEAGUE CONVENTION. COMMISSION TO LIBERIA. (British Official Wireless.: (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright,) RUGBY, January 24. The Council of the League of Nations has decided to send a commission to Liberia to superintend the carrying out of the convention against forced labour. The commission will consist of representatives of Great Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Venezuela, Poland, and Liberia. The United States is to be invited to co-operate to what extent it feels desirable.
