Messrs Alex. Harris, Ltd., instructed by the Dunedin City Corporation, offered at auction on Saturday: All that piece of land containing 5.34 poles, being part allotment 1, block VII, town district, fronting King Edward street. It was taken over at the upset rental of £l6 10s per annum by Mr A. J. Heffernan for the trustees. Allotment 39 on plan of subdivision of section 6, block VII, town district, area 9.7 poles, fronting Waverley street. South Dunedin.
