BREACH OF CONTRACT
SUIT AGAINST TOM MIX. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, January 24. (Received Jan. 25, at 5.5 p.m.) A message from Erie, Pennsylvania, states that a jury to-day awarded Colonel Zack Miller, owner of “one hundred and one ranch shows,” 90,000 dollars in his 325,000 dollars suit against Tom Mix, the film cowboy, for breach of contract.
