(Received Alay 21, at 7 p.m.) A message from Charlottetown states that Air Walter Lea (Minister of Agriculture, and Provincial Secretary and Treasurer) has been sworn in as Premier of Prince Edward Island in succession to Mr A. C. Saunders, who has resigned to accept a Supreme Court judgeship.
