AN AMERICAN ASSOCIATION. PLANS FOIi ORGANISATION. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, May 8. The organisation plans'of the National Live Stock Marketing Association have been completed. ■ This new co-operative body will be incorporated with a capital of 1,000,000 dollars in Delaware. More than half "he existing live stock co-opera-tive associations will be represented. The reduction of; European buying during March, as compared with the same month last year, proved to bo the largest item responsible for the redaction of the United States foreign trade. , For that month both the export and import trade were shown to bo affected by that trend.
