SYDNEY, May 9, (Received May 9, at 11 p.m r ) , The South African woolgrowerg have informed the Australian Woolgrowers’ Council that they are willing to consider schemes for co-operation In economic in veatigation overseas into the discrepancy between the prices of yaw wool and the manufactured article, and the ‘ establishment of a reliable system of insurance and exchange of information between the South African nnion and Australia. 4 It was stated here to-night that the whole question of the better marketing of wool, together with Empire co-opera' tion, would be discussed at Brisbane next month. It is understood that the New Zealand growers are vitally interested lu the negotiations.
