OPENING 1 CEREMONIES.. A RECEPTION TO PAPAL LEGATE. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) TUNIS, May 8. (Received May 8, at 11.30 p,m.) The pageantry of Rome challenged the glamour of the East at the reception to Cardinal Le Picier, the papal legato, which marked the opening of the Eucharistic Congress. The ’ procession was headed by 10 cardinals and 120 bishops, who were greeted by the Government and military officials in Cathedral square. •
