BABIES’ THUMB PRINTS

(Received May 8, at 11 p.m.) It has been decided that babies’ thumb prints shall be taken in future at municipal nursing homes. Thus when a baby is handed to its mother before her departure a register in which both the mother’s and the baby’s thumb prints are recorded will be available, to, prevent risk of interchange.
