SETTLEMENT OF DEBTS. COMMITTEE TO BE SET UP. (British Official' Wireless.) (-United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, May 5. Mr A. Henderson (Foreign Secretary) stated in the House of Commons that an agreement had now been reached with the Soviet Government ■ for the establishment of a joint committee of experts and a number of sub-cbmmittees to examine the .basis of a settlement of questions of debts and claims.
