NEW SOUTH WALES FUND. COUNCIL TO BE ESTABLISHED. " * - (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, May C. (Received May 6, at 10 p.m.) The Legislative Assembly has resumed. Mr Bavin is ill, and the Treasurer (Mr Stevens) informed the House that it was intended to establish a council which would control the unemployment relief fund, to which all taxpayers would contribute. This council would also take steps to find work for the unemployed and in every way interest itself in their welfare.
