, . " TO THE EDITOB. " .'' Sib,—Looking at the beautiful wreaths placed on the Cenotaph, one was sorry to see that Admiral Byrd's was missing. Whoever took the wreath and card could not have much conscience. They..might have thought that others,would like to see the wreath so thoughtfully placed there by the admiral. —I am, etc., Disappointed.
