At a meeting of the Clutha Football Club last evening the new scheme of regrading, by which the Second Grade teams have been eliminated, was considered and approved. It was decided to enter only, two teams _ in the competitions, a senior and a junior. MAINTENANCE. ! John Henry Avery was charged at a "sitting of the Police Court to-3ay, before Mr S. V. White. J.P., with disobedience of a maintenance order for the support of his wife. The order had been made m Timaru at the rate of 30s a week, and the arrears to January 7, amounted t0.£70. The defendant, who had nothing to say. was remanded to appear at Timaru on May 13. ,
