Notable among' these are the “ Court ” ■chocolates, well, known and appreciated from one. end of the Dominion .to the' other. The company’s latest chocolate specialty is “Classic” brand. This is a bitter sweet plain eating chocolate tablet packed in 6d cartons, or “Classic ” assorted chocolates packed in lib and 21b boxes. . The company manufactures a splendid range of biscuits, one of the most popular lines being “Phoenix .Royal Assorted,” also the renowned “ Phoenix Thick Peel ” and the outstanding “Court” table jellies.' Phoenix “'Velvet ” flour, made from selected wheat at the company’s roller .flour mill in, the best grain-growing district of Otago, is solely used in Phoenix “biscuits, and in the. company’s proprietary sugar of milk, rusks,; “ Kruskits,”; for infants and invalids. , ' The. Phoenix- cardboard/' box-making' establishment 'is one of - the largest and best equipped factories for. that work in, the Dominion, designed to provide mot only for the packing, of the company's own products, but for commodities of every description manufactured in ■ the Dominion, and all requirements ’of the trade generally—in cardboard boxes, containers and cartons of all shapes andsizea, fancy boxes of beautiful designs, Christmas crackers,, table decorations, and seasonable novelties in endless variety.' In addition to the spacious buildings in Dunedin devoted to this work, premises have been secured in Auckland, where a branch box factory will be established in the near future. Distributing depots for the company’s manufactures are also established in all the principal centres of business throughout'New Zealand.
