THE BRITISH VISITORS.' WELLINGTON TEAM’S UNIFORM. (Per United Press Association.) ' WELLINGTON, May 6. Whcu the Wellington Rugby representatives take the field against the British team pn June 3 they will wear gold and black-hooped jerseys. This decision wa- arrived at this evening by the Wellington Rugby Union, the reason being to avoid any confusion that might arise from the usual uniform (black jersey, with white shorts) being similar to the dark blue jersey and white shorts of the British players. The Wellington nominations for ’ the Possibles-Probables North Island maten at Palmerston North on May 14 are:— Porter, H. P. M'Lean, Peck, Coulston, Jessup, MTherson, L. M. Johnson, Ball, Mackenzie, Kilby, M. F. Nicholls, Elvy, Hcazlewood, Macbay.
