NAME REMOVED FROM MEDICAL REGISTER. (Peb United Press Association,) AUCKLAND, May S. An application bv the New Zealand Medical Council to have the name ofBalder Singh Share, formerly a medical practitioner at Auckland, removed from the medical register was granted by Air Justice Herdman' to-day. Share, who is serving a term of imprisonment, was' not represented, but filed an affidavit pro■testing hia innocence of the charge on which he was found guilty. The judge declared that Share had been found guilty by a jury, and he had no option but to grant the application, with the proviso that readmission 'could not be sought until after the. lapse of five years.
