DOMINION FINANCE.
FREE TO RAISE LOANS ON LONDON. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 1. New Zealand’s undertaking to keep off the London loan market expired yesterday, and the Dominion ia now free to float loans there once more. The Finance Act of last session authorised further borrowing, up to £5,500,000 for public works, education, and 'forestry. There are also unexhausted authorities for other loans up to £27,000,000.
