PORTUGAL’S REQUIREMENTS. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) OTTAWA, March 1. ~ (Received March 2, at 5.5 p.m.) liic Canadian Government is advised that Portugal is in the market for 3,000,000 bushels of wheat, half to be delivered by the end of March and the balance by the end of June.
