ATTITUDE OF LONDON BANKS, ADVICE TO EXPORTERS. (United Press Association.) ■ (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) . LONDON, February 28. (Received March 1, at 1 a.m.) The Daily Telegraph has learned that exporters here are being advised by the banks to accept from Australia only such orders as are vitally essential for Australian needs, as no money is available the finance of shipments of luxury articles. It is even suggested in some Quarters that it may become necessary to cease exports altogether until the end of summer, when heavy shipments of Australian products to here begin.
