LAND POLICY IN OTAGO.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Anyone who read my remarks with ordinary care as did your correspondent, “Agra,” must have seen that they referred more particularly to the Wilden estate, which “ Subdivision ” included in his comprehensive sweep. “ Subdivision ” tells me in effect that I am labouring the obvious, stating views so true as to be almost platitudes, and asking questions that adnjit of only one answer. All this conceded by “ Subdivision,” there is surely no reason to 'carry this correspondence any further.—l am, etc., j February 28. J.M.
