AUCKLAND, February 28 Ihe weather in Auckland to-day was nnc’ihut the conditions were threatening The wind was light and variable and the sky was dull and cloudy. The barometer rose to-night and the reading at a late hour was 30.15 in. WELLINGTON. February 28 Perfect summer weather prevailed today—a strong sun and a cloudless sky with a gentle southerly. To-n Wit the sky is clear.
CHRISTCHURCH, February 28 The weather to-day has been bright and sunny with a light north-east breeze The barometer is high and shows an inclination to rise.
