ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
MAN’S SUDDEN DEATH. (Pee United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, February 28. While standing at the gangway of the Maunganui, about to embark for Sydney, a saloon passenger, Sidney H. Landells’ expired. He had just handed his ticket to the purser. The deceased was a marned man, 49 years old. He was agenev supervisor for D. Gestetner, London. ‘ FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT. (I’eb United Press Association.) HAWERA, February 28. Lloyd Robertson; an insurance agent, of Palmerston North, who was injured in a motor accident here yesterday, died last evening from internal haemorrhage. He was a married man. WORKMAN’S HAND CRUSHED. Suffering from a crushed hand as a result of becoming caugbt in a driving belt in a workshop, Robert Dunlop, an Education Board employee, 30 years of age, married, and residing at 14 M'MilTV™ eet ’ was admit ted to the Hospital at 3.30 p.m. yesterday.
