SUNDAY SERVICES.

At Knox Church to-morrow the Rev. S. F. Hunter will conduct both services. The subject for the morning service is “Living By Bread Alone,” and at the evening service, which will be broadcast, the subject will be “ Trust or Presumption.” Miss Helen Roy will sing the solo “He la The Way,” and the anthem “Peace” will be sung by the choir. Mr S. G. Macfarlane will be the morning preacher at Trinity Methodist Church, Stuart street, to-morrow, and in the evening the Rev. J. A. Lochore will conduct the service. A solo will be sung, and the choir will render an anthem.

“The Preciousness of Christ” will bo the subject in the morning, and “The Call of the Heathen World” the subject in the evening at St. Stephen’s Church to-morrow when the Rev. Thomas Miller will be the preacher. At the Gaversham Presbyterian Church tomorrow the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper will be observed in the morning.

Meetings will be conducted in the Salvation Army Citadel, Dowling street, tomorrow by Captain Albert Chandler, assisted by Lieutenant Morley. At 11 a.m. a holiness meeting will be held, and at 3.15 p.m. an old-time praise and testimony meeting will be conducted. The popular Salvation meeting at 7 p.m. will be conducted by Captain Albert Chandler, and Lieutenant Morley will speak. The subject of his address will be “ Consider Him.” Visiting Salvationists will take part, and the Citadel Band and songsters will provide the music.

At the North-East Valley Presbyterian Church to-morrow the Rev, George Miller will preach at the morning and evening services. Hia mornin" subject will be “Never Losing Heart/’ and the evening subject, “ Choosing the Second Best.” The soloist will be Miss Moss.

The Rev. J. A. Loehore will conduct the morning service at the Cargill Road Methodist Church to-morrow, and the monthly communion will be celebrated at the close. Mr S. 6. Macfarlane will conduct tlie evening service. The Rev. A, R. Penn will conduct the morning service at the St. Clair Methodist Church to-morrow. Communion will be celebrated, Mr T. M'Gregor \vjll preach at the evening service. At the Spiritualist Church to-morrow evening, Mrs J. W. Stables, of Welling,arn inspirational address, entitled Ihe Message of Spiritualism.” The Rev. W. H. Hocking will occupy the pulpit at the Dundas Street Methodist Churgh at both the morning and evening services to-morrow. The morning service will be followed by Holy Communion. The subject of the evening service will be “God’s Paternal Care and Provision for Man.” The choir will sing " O Gladsome Light.” The Rev. Albert Mead will conduct the services at the Congregational Church, Moray place, to-morrow. The subject of his morning address will be “ Be Thou Faithful,” and in the evening he will speak on “ Broken Ships.” Mrs N. G. Shrimpton will sing the negro spiritual, Were You There?” and Mr Alfred VValmsley' will sing the tenor solo in the anthem “ Seek Ye the Lord.” vw^. the Higher Thought Centre, r.W.C.A., to-morrow, Cilia Enid Bates will conduct two healing meetings, at which her subject wiil be “The Healing of Christ.” At the first (7-8 p.m.) she will speok on “Bodies,” and at the second (8,15-9 p.m.)' her theme will he Lives.” At this meeting Miss Mary Campbell will sing the solo “ Come Unto Him.” Peace and life silences and healmg concentrations for those sick or in trouble will be held at both services. At the Hanover Street Baptist Church to-morrow the Rev. E. S. Tnckwcll will conduct both services. Communion will follow the morning service. In the evening the subject will be “ A Domestic Disaster.” The choir will render the anthems “ Holy, Holy. Holy.” am ] Blake’s “ Jerusalem.”

At the Sanitarium Tea Rooms to-mor-row evening Pastor Sibley will speak on the subject “ Do We need a New Bible? Is the Old Book out of date and out of harmony with modern science?” At York Place Hall to-morrow morning the Fellowship at the Lord's Table is open to all Christians. Mr Frank Varley will preach at the evening service. His subject will he “ Concerning Everybody—what we all have—what we all need—what we all must face.” The Central Mission services to-mor-row will bn conducted by the Rev. G. B. Hinton. At the evening service Mr P. Palmer will play the ’cello solo “ Largo ” (Handel), and the choir will render the anthem lt The God of Abraham Praise ” (Buck). The Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper will ho observed at the close of the evening service.
