DUNEDIN PRACTICAL PSYCHOLOGY CLUB.

The annual meeting of the .Dunedin ■Practical Psychology Club was held yesterday.: . _ The president, Miss 0. Mercer, in moving the adoption of the annual report and balance sheet, said it was the duty _of every member to co-operate in_ extending the work. By externalising their thoughts to words and deeds they definitely built power and personality and grew into the ideal held in mind. The club had sustained a great loss during the year in the death of its late president,, Mr W. Miss Mercer, wrote a small book, ‘“Affirmations for Daily Use,” which was published during the year, and was found so useful in all the clubs in New Zealand that a second edition would soon have to be printed. A comprehensive programme has been prepared for this year’s work, and a strong committee was formed to carry out the various duties of the club. Miss 0. Mercer was re-elected president.
