TO THE EDITOR. Sm,-—! wish to express my appreciation of the delightful musical treat sent out from your city on Wednesday even--111 connection "'ith the new Town Hull testival. The performance- of “ The Messiah ” is i> big undertaking, and your performers are to be much congratulated on the very excellent rendering given. Special praise must be awarded to the orchestra and chorus, which were a delight to listen t°- lam sure listeners in throughout the Dominion must have been of the same opinion. The Radio Broadcasting Company is also to be complimented ou the transmission of the programme. My reception was obtained by means of a crystal set relayed by 4YA through' 3YA, and for volume and clarity of tone, one could not wish anything better.—l am, etc., . D. E. Wood.
