PRISON RULES
CHANGES IN BRITAIN. {United Press Association.> (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright,) LONDON -February 34* (Received Feb. 25, at 1 a.m.) Important changes in prison rules are foretold by the Daily Herald, as the result of the Prison Commissioners’ review. The most notable is the abolition of the 14 days of solitary confinement of every hard labour prisoner at the beginning of his sentence.
