OFFENDERS HEAVILY FINED. (Peb United Press Association.) , AUCKLAND, January 20. George Edward Olson, aged. 18, was charged in the Police Court with obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty, and Alfred Heury Barker, alias George Roberts, aged 19, was ohargedmth being drunk and with using insulting language.
