GIRL GUIDE NOTES.

Tlic Roslyu Girl Guides hold a successful damp at Outrain from December 28 to January 2 inclusive. Williams, B. Wilson, E. Wise. Fourth Dunedin (All Saints’). —Miss S. A. Burgess (captain). Woodhangh.—Cadets T. Hicksom S. Pocqck. Aliss- L. Taber, who has resigned her position as captain of the "Woodhangh Company, was tho recipient of a present from the guides. Instead of holding the usual breakingup party, the Fourth Dunedin (All Saints’) Brownie Pack, with Aliss Clare Duffy (Tawny Owl), visited the Hospital on Christmas Day and distributed scrap books made by the brownies. ’.lhe following rangers and guides qualified for various guide distinctions:— Roslyn Company.—All-round guide cords: Alona Bathgate, Cynthia Westvop.
