NIGHT OF RED TERROR
COMMUNISTS IN PRUSSIA. A TOWN HALL STORMED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, December 18, A message from Frankfurt states that a demonstration by unemployed Communists developed into a night of Red terror. Several thousands, shouting “ Give us work,” stormed the Town Hall. The police used their truncheons on the mob, which assailed a department store, smashed the windows, and plundered the goods. The police fired on the Communists, who replied with stones. There have been 30 arrests.
