REDUCTION IN AMERICA. SENATE PASSES BILL. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyrlgttt.) WASHINGTON, December 15. (Received Dec. 16, at 0.15 a.m.) The Senate passed the Administration Bill, which reduces the taxes payable on 1020 incomes by 160,000,000 dollars.
