(Received Dec. 15, at 5.5 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph understands that as the result of revelations in the Goddard case, the Horae Office and Scotland Yard are taking drastic action against the West End underworld, A list has been compiled of all promoters and managers of undesirable night gaming houses and other haunts of lawlessness. It includes many aliens, some of whom have already left the country, and the remainder will shortly be deported.
