LONG NON-STOP FLIGHT. LONDON TO CAPETOWN. (British Olflclal Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, December 13. Weather permitting, a Fairey monoplane will leave Cranwell (Lincolnshire) to-morrow morning to attempt a 6000mile non-stop flight to Capetown. Squad-ron-leader Jones-Williams will pilot the machine, and Flight-lieutenant Jenkins will act as relief pilot and navigator. CONTROL OF AIR TRAFFIC. BILL IN THE REICHSTAG. BERLIN, December 13, The Traffic Ministry has introduced a Bill in the Reichstag for the control of air traffic. It provides that an aeroplane overtaking another must pass to the left. When the paths of two planes cross the machine coming from the left must give way. Planes must give way to airships, balloons, and gliding planes A height of not less than 600 ft must be maintained over crowds or bridges.
