(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) WARSAW, November 4. To test Marshal Pilsudski’s intentions it is likely that to-morrow the Speaker will telegraphically summon members to assemble.

A previous message stated: Marshal Pilsudski (Minister of War) gave the Polish Diet an experience of the Cromwell touch to-day, when the Budget session was opened. It was known that there was a majority in favour of no confidence in the Government, and tha; Marshal Pilsudski was determined not to give way. A sensation was caused when 90 officers carrying swords and re volvers occupied the lobby just before the sitting was opened.
