(Received Sept. 26, at 11,30'p.m.) The Reichstag Committee, which lias befell examining the new penal code, approved of a paragraph which prescribes imprisonment for participants in: all forms of duelling, including students, and .the committee accepted the Socialist amendment, which renders convicted duellists ineligible for official appointments.—Times Cable.
