STRONG NORTH-WESTER.
RACECOURSE GRANDSTAND UNROOFED, (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 19. A strong north-west wind yesterday unroofed the grandstand now in the course of erection at Raugiora for the North Canterbury Jockey Club. The whole building will have to be rebuilt.
