The average yield of winter wheat per acre is placed at 14.2, and the ijuality of the crop at 86.76 per cent. The condition of the durum wheat in four States was 57.7 per cent, of normal, indicating a production this year of 49.263,000 bushels. compared with 93.000,000 in 1928.
