EARL HAIG
A STATUE AT MONTREUIL. M. POINCARE’S APPROVAL. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) PARIS, May 3. M. Poincare has given his support to a proposal to erect a statue to Earl Haig at Montreuil. Subscriptions have been opened and a sculptor commissioned. It will probably be unveiled in 1930 at a big Anglo-French demonstration. — Press Association— United Service.
