ELECTORS’ DECISIONS. The question which day of the week should be observed as the statutory halfholiday was submitted to a vote of the electors in a number of municipalities and boroughs yesterday, simultaneously with the various local holy issues. The results that have been received are as follow: PALMERSTON. Saturday, 209; Wednesday, 182: Friday, 2. MOSGIEL. Thursday, 192; Saturday, 160; Wednesday, 2; Monday, 2; Tuesday, 1. WAIPUKURAU.
