Sib, —The Palmerston Borough Council is to be congratulated on its enterprise in providing -weekly pictures for the residents of the borough and surrounding disNo doubt the. profits derived will be wisely spent for the good of the town. There is only one thing that mars the pleasure of a good many patrons. • I refer to the lack of orderly conduct on the part of a section of the audience. Night after night a crowd of young men surround' a few girls who have not yet reached tho flapper ’ stage, and the squeals and giggles and contortions of the latter are most annoying. I am writing this in the hope that the management will do something to stop this evil, .which is growing up in our midst, and so remove a blot from our excellent entertainments.—l am, etc., 1 CONSTANT PATRON.
