A BODY EXHUMED
ANALYST DISCOVERS ARSENIC. (United Press Association.) ■ (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 27. (Received April 28, at 11 p.m.) At the inquest on Vera Sidney, aged 40, whose body was exhumed a month ago, simultaneously with her’ mother’s. Dr Ryffel, the Home Office analyst, gave evidence that arsenic was found in the body.. The inquest was adjourned. At the earlier sitting a sensation was caused by Mrs Sidney’s son Thomas stating in his evidence that his mother had suggested to him oh her deathbed that she had been poisoned; He and his sister, Mrs Duff, are interested in Vera’s will. —Australian Press AssociationUnited Service.
