SUNDAY SERVICES.

In Knox Church, the Rev, Tulloch Yuille will preach morning and evening. His morning subject will be “ The Irresistible Call,” and in the evening he will preach on •“ The Unprofitable - Servant.” The choir will render the evening anthem, ‘O. Gladsome Light,” and .Mr 0.- Roy Spackman will be the organist., ■ The Rev. H. E. Bellhouse will occupy the pulpit to-morrow morning at the Moray Place Congregational -Church... In the evening the service will be conducted by the Rev. Albert Mead, M. A., his ’discourse being on the. use of Sunday. ■ Mr F. C. Cooper will sing “Cleansing Fires ” (Gabrael). The pulpit of Wesley Church, Cargill road, will be taken, da Sunday night by the Rev. F. T. Read, of Christchurch, ‘a former minister of the church.’ The Eov. W. B. Scott will assist, in the service, and the choir will render. .“The Radiant Morn ” and “ Sun of My Soul.” The Rev. R. Ferguson Fish will preach at both services in the Caversham -Presbyterian Church , to-morrow.

In St. Stephen’s Church the preacher will be the. Rev.. Thomas Miller. In the morning the ordinance of the Lord’s Supper will be observed. In the. evening an augmented choir will render the Christmas cantata, “The Great Light" “ Getting Out-of the City ” will be the Rev. W. H. Booking's sermon topic at the Uundas Street Methodist Church tomorrow evening. The morning service will he conducted by the Rev. F. T. Read field organiser of the South Island Orphanage. The evening service ' at -the ■ Hanover Street Baptist Church to-morrow will, be broadcast by 4YA. The Rev. E. S. Tuckwell, 8.A., will preach on' “..Untempered Mortar.” The choir will render as a hymn study “Art Thou , Weary f ” and, as an anthem, ” Abide With Me." At the morning service special reference will be made to the passing of Mr T.- A. Maitland. - . ■ i “The Unanswerable Argument” will be the subject of the Rev.. C. Maitland Elliss’s discourse at the United Congregational Church to-morrow evening. Miss May Dryden will , sing the solo in the anthem, “ 0 For a Closer Walk with God," The morning subject will be The Fulness of Time." The Rev. W,- Walker will conduct the morning service in the Central Mission, Octagon Hall, to-morrow, and will preach on “Some Foundation Principles Protestantism.” At 6.30 p.m. the Rev. H. E. Bellhouse will take for hia subject “ Soul Culture and Soul Mastery.” Miss Winnie M‘Peak will sing “ There is a Green Hill.” Tho Rev. A. Mead, M.A., will conduct the morning- Service in the Trinity Methodist Church, Stuart street, to-mor-row, preaching on - “ Tlje Christian Adventure ”; and in the evening the Rev. W. Walker will officiate, taking for his subject V Are. We Forgetting God ? ” Miss Gladys Forsyth will sing. All Christians are welcome to fellowship at the Lord’s Table at the morning meeting at York,Place Hall. In the evening Mr Frank Varlcy.’s subject will he' “ Rest for Restless’' Sinners. Rest for Restless Saints."
