. GROWING DEMANDS. REPORT OF COMMITTEE. ' The Gas Gommitttee will report to the meeting of the City Council on Wednesday night that, in response to an application from the Green Island Borough Council for an extension of the gas supply to and reticulation of the borough area, the department’s officials have made a canvass of the district, and report that they have received definite undertakings of support from 109 householders.
