CAR DRIVER REMANDED.
SEQUEL TO MOTOR FATALITY.
(Psa United Press Association.) , HAMILTON, December 3. , Patrick Deegan, a miner, of Glen Afton, who drove the car which came into, collision with a train at Frankton crossing, on Saturday was brought before the Magistrate's Court this morning, and was charged with being intoxicated while driving a car and causing the death of Alexander John Hamilton. >.
The accused pleaded not guilty and was remanded, hail being allowed at,£2oo.
