Big successes have been registered by the Cantonese army operating against the Soviet Communists who recently carried out a reign of terror in the Swabne and Hailukfung districts. An encircling movement is being carried out, and imporaut towns and villages have been recaptured. Many Communists have been killed and arms seized.
