BRITISH COLONIES’ EXPORTS. RESTRICTIONS IN AMERICA. (British Official Wireless.) (Press Association— By Telegraph-Copyright.) RUGBY, March 8. (Received March 9, at 5.5 pm.) Mr G. Looker-Uampson (Under-Seere-tary to the Foreign Office) denied in the House of Commons that during the last 12 months there had been any exchange of views with the Government of the United States regarding the removal of the restrictions on rubber exports from certain British colonies.
